How contact data is handled.
This page documents the current technical implementation. The production enquiry workflow remains disabled until the business identity, processing providers and final privacy wording are approved.
Current state
No analytics or advertising platform is enabled. The production form is configured to fail closed until its approved security and delivery credentials exist. Appolique does not store form submissions in a website database.
What the form uses
If the form is enabled after approval, it accepts a name, email address, optional company or website, and project message. The server uses that information only to deliver and answer the enquiry. Operational logs record request outcomes and identifiers, not the enquiry content.
Security processing
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated abuse. Turnstile evaluates browser and network signals and the server validates a short-lived token before accepting a request. Read the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Delivery and contact
A transactional email provider has not yet been selected, so no provider is represented here as active. When selected, its role and the applicable retention process must be reviewed before this notice becomes the commercial privacy policy. You may contact hello@appolique.com directly; ordinary email providers then process the message.
